Dr. Max Cohen

Dr. Max Cohen is Clinic Director and owner of MaxHealth Chiropractic. He earned his doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 2010 becoming a third generation chiropractor. His drive for treating musculoskeletal conditions and sport related injuries began in 2001 as a Licensed Massage Therapist. Dr. Max regularly attends seminars to keep up to date on the latest information and technology pertaining to Chiropractic and the healthcare profession. His techniques bring a unique and highly-skilled approach towards empowering his patients to live life without limitations. His model of care is centered beyond passive care alone. This results in better movement, improved function and faster pain relief. Dr. Max creates an individual design for recovery and performance enhancement. Dr. Max, his wife Jenn, and kids Nolan and Blake, love going to the beach and exploring around South Florida.
Jenn Cohen is the business director and owner of MaxHealth Chiropractic. She has been involved with the development and growth of her & Dr. Max’s practice from day one. When not working in the office, she is busy taking care of their two children, practicing yoga, cooking and loves being involved in the Wellington community thru various organizations. Jenn sits on the Wellington Chamber Health & Wellness committee, the Women of Wellington Committee, and is an Ambassador of the Kids Cancer Foundation. She loves being part of a chiropractic office that takes an active role in the community and helps a wide variety of people improve their overall health.
Dr. Brittany Perez
Dr. Brittany Perez graduated from Keiser University’s College of Chiropractic Medicine in December 2021. She decided to pursue a career as a chiropractor after discovering a love of CrossFit and functional movement. She learned how proper, healthy movement can set a person up for success and she wanted to take her passion outside of the gym.
In her free time, she enjoys doing CrossFit, reading, cooking, and hanging out with her cat, Waylon Jennings.
